Team Bio : Two of the fiercest lady business owners in Chicago partner up to rock this competition. In the first corner is Shannon Downey, owner of Pivotal Production, this cities finest experience-based marketing company. Shannon is a social entrepreneur, world traveler, social media addict, board member for Woman Made Gallery and the Firebelly Foundation, mean dancer, connector, blogger, and advocate for having fun. In the opposite corner is Dawn Hancock, owner of Firebelly Design, the hottest design firm around. She is founder and director of the Firebelly Foundation and the non-profit Reason to Give, helping members of Humbolt Park community with their basic needs. She's an AIGA board member, TEDx speaker, dog owner, photographer, art collector, and all round amazing lady. Together...we can't be stopped.
