Team Bio : Before he died, Louis XIV said "After me, the flood". The competition needs to get ready for the deluge coming on August 14th. Chico does water, Jimmy does tea. Worldwide, 400 billion gallons of water are used, and 3.8 billion cups of tea are consumed each day. We're not responsible for all of them, but we will use our skills to saturate and wash away the other teams. Working for the City of Chicago, Chico helps keep the water you enjoy everyday safe from environmental hazards. Jim started Shui Tea (www.shuitea.com), focusing on delicious and fun ways to use tea to wake up, relax, or recover everyday. Together, on top of their common love for liquids, they like checking out new restaurants in and around Chi-town.
